Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are processed only for accounts that have completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be sent to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. The following conditions also apply:

• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. During periods of high transaction volume or scheduled maintenance, processing may take up to 2 hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1-3 business days. bv880 does not accept liability for delays caused by the receiving bank's internal processing times.
• bv880 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that fall outside normal player behaviour patterns. Withdrawals subject to such checks may take up to 5 business days to process.

Bonuses and Promotions

The following general bonus rules apply to all bv880 promotional offers unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

bv880 is operated in good faith for the benefit of legitimate players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one bv880 account simultaneously, or registering under a false identity or using another person's identity documents.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, including structuring deposits to avoid transaction reporting thresholds.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, or using bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the platform's house edge.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or misconfigured odds to extract value in a manner not intended by bv880. Players who discover a platform error must report it via live chat immediately rather than exploiting it.
• Conducting chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or mobile banking provider after funds have been successfully deposited and played. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in account suspension and recovery action for the full disputed amount.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations serving Bangladesh-based players. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to bv880's internal dispute resolution process via the 24/7 live chat support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 days, both parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other legal remedies.

bv880 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page. Players are advised to review these Terms before each gaming session. Your continued use of bv880 following the posting of any changes constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with any amended Terms, your sole remedy is to close your bv880 account and cease use of the platform.
